Remote Heli-Accessed Lodge

The Bobbie Burns, although it is only accessible by helicopter, is one of CMH’s closest lodges to Calgary meaning you have less time travelling and more time enjoying lodge life. It is home to the largest of the CMH wine cellars which is fantastic for après. The accommodation is comfortable with a relaxed, communal atmosphere.

Challenging & Fast Paced

Set in the Purcell and Selkirk Mountains, the Bobbie Burns is a fantastic area with a huge variety of terrain.  The 1,700 sq km area sees an average annual snowfall of 15 metres and boasts a mixture of perfectly spaced trees, high Alpine and expansive glacier runs. The skiing here is fast paced and challenging making it ideal for the physically fit and experienced skiers. The heli skiing will be in 3 groups of 11 guests and 1 guide serviced by a Bell 212 helicopter.

BobbIE Burns trips

Our most popular heli skiing trip where you would be heli skiing in groups of 11 guests, with 3 groups per helicopter. Each day you’ll generally have the chance to ski between 8 and 12 runs.

Super-charge your experience with a private trip that can be tailored to you. Skiing is for a  maximum of 4 guests, and you will have a dedicated helicopter and 2 guides at your disposal.
